This is a mindful meditation practice which you can follow along with. I use it every morning as a part of my morning ritual to bring my mind back to the now, and get clear about my goals and intentions. It's really powerful because it makes your aware of all the senses and clears away constant thinking. It last about 20 minutes if you do the full thing, here I'm just showing the first part which is the mindful meditation, the other part is visualisation practice which I will soon make a video of.
